Let's talk real estate

If location is the first rule of real estate, condition is the second. In a market where there are several homes on the market in the same subdivision, its easy for the buyer to be selective. Homes that show well, have updated fixtures, and have the most curb appeal will sell the fastest.

Why would a buyer make an offer on a home with outdated bathrooms, if the same house down the road with new fixtures and a new shower door is for sale with a similiar price? Would you?
