Do you owe more than your home is worth? Starting Sept. 7, 2010 FHA will offer some non-FHA borrowers, who are current on their mortgage and are experiencing fianancial difficulties because property values in their community have declined, a life line.

There are some qualifications required. Homeowners should check with their lender to see if they qualify. Some 3-4 million homeowners are expected to benefit.
