FHA will implement a change in MIP(Mortgage Insurance Premium) effective September 7, 2010. The result will be a reduction of the amount you will pay up front and an increase in your monthly payment with a five year lockin. Loans assigned a case number before September 7,2010 will not be affected by this change.
