WHEW! Seems like business is picking up. Statistics show the Dothan Multiple Listing System sold more homes this March than March of last year. In our shop business is hopping the past few weeks. Homes are selling. Priced correctly they are selling quickly. Where the price is inflated over market price they are sitting. Buyers act like there is a fire sell. Statistics say that is not happening in the Dothan area.
